For those who cannot attend in-person sessions due to location or logistical reasons, I offer Online Hypnotherapy, providing the same deep, transformative experience adapted for a virtual setting. Online Initial Session Your first online session will last approximately two to three hours, slightly shorter than my in-person sessions (which typically run four to six hours). This adjustment is made to account for potential technical limitations, such as device battery life, internet stability, and overall comfort. The depth of the session will depend on your setup. If you have a quiet space where you can lay down comfortably and keep your device plugged in, we can conduct a full-length, immersive session. If you’re working with just a phone or a less ideal setup, we’ll adapt as needed, ensuring you still receive a powerful experience. Either way, the initial session is designed to provide you with deep insights, practical steps, and a guided hypnotherapy recording to reinforce your progress over the following three weeks. Follow-Up Hypnotherapy (Online or In-Person) For those who wish to continue their work beyond the initial session, I offer 90-minute follow-up sessions, which can be conducted online or in person at my Newport Beach office. Follow-ups are more targeted, allowing us to refine and deepen your progress. While the first session provides a broad foundation, these sessions focus on specific issues, reinforcing breakthroughs, clarifying insights, and addressing new areas of growth. Whether you choose to continue online or in person, these follow-up sessions provide a structured way to reinforce your transformation and integrate hypnotherapy into your daily life.
