With over twenty years of dedicated meditation practice, advanced training in both hypnotherapy and breathwork, and a lifelong passion for mind–body healing, Terry brings not only expertise but lived wisdom to each session. His own journey has taught him resilience, compassion, and the art of turning challenges into growth.

About Terry

My path into mind–body healing began in 2004, when I attended a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat. I’d already spent a year exploring different meditation styles, searching for something that felt real and grounded. Vipassana stood out because it wasn’t about forcing change - it was about observing your thoughts, emotions, and sensations exactly as they are. That retreat changed my life, giving me a deep awareness of the subtle connection between my mind and body.
Although I didn’t set out to make this my career, I kept returning to mindfulness, breathwork, and the study of human consciousness - no matter what other work I was doing. Over the years, I explored Taoist breathing, Tummo, and yogic pranayama, discovering how breath can be a direct gateway to calm, clarity, and transformation. My training with Sacred Breath Academy taught me advanced shamanic breathwork techniques that help people access profound insight and release - often in just one session.
I began to notice that these deep breathing states often mirrored the brainwave patterns where the subconscious mind is most open to change. This realization led me to hypnotherapy. I trained at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, graduating with honors as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist after more than 720 hours of supervised clinical work. I’ve continued my studies with the American Hypnosis Association and advanced certifications in Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (Levels 1 & 2), as well as Emotional Replacement Therapy (ERT) with renowned hypnotherapist Tom Silver.
My approach blends science and intuition, combining hypnotherapy, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you release tension, quiet mental loops, and reconnect with your inner calm. Every client’s journey is unique, and my role is to provide the right tools, techniques, and guidance to create lasting change—without years of talk therapy.
