Walking the Path
At Organic Hypnotherapy, the focus is simple but precise: helping people who carry a lot of responsibility restore clarity, steadiness, and internal capacity - not by escaping life, but by meeting it differently. Much of today’s stress doesn’t come from a single event. It comes from prolonged pressure - decisions that matter, uncertainty that lingers, and the mental load of holding projects, people, and outcomes over long periods of time. Over time, this kind of pressure imprints itself into the nervous system, shaping how we think, feel, and respond. This work exists to address that level of experience.
Using advanced hypnotherapy methods informed by neuroscience, alongside integrative mind–body practices, each session is designed to help release internal tension, quiet mental loops, and restore a sense of grounded clarity. The approach is calm, personal, and intentional - never formulaic. While this work supports a wide range of people, it is especially well suited for entrepreneurs, investors, and high performers who want sustainable clarity without burning out or forcing change.

About Terry
My path into mind–body work didn’t begin in a clinic - it began in life. For more than twenty years, alongside my work in mindfulness and hypnotherapy, I’ve been deeply involved in entrepreneurial and real estate projects throughout Costa Rica and Mexico. These ventures required navigating unfamiliar systems, long timelines, high financial stakes, and - at times - profound uncertainty. Working across borders taught me firsthand how sustained pressure, responsibility, and unpredictability affect the nervous system and decision-making over time. Those experiences shaped not only my resilience, but my understanding of how stress truly operates - not as a mindset problem, but as a physiological one.
My formal journey into mind–body work began in 2004 with a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation retreat. That experience fundamentally shifted my understanding of change. Rather than forcing outcomes, Vipassana emphasized observation, awareness, and allowing insight to emerge naturally - principles that continue to guide my work today.
Over the years, I studied and practiced a range of disciplines, including Taoist breathing, Tummo, and yogic pranayama, discovering how breath directly influences clarity, regulation, and internal stability. My training with Sacred Breath Academy introduced advanced breathwork techniques capable of producing meaningful shifts in a short amount of time.
I began to notice that these altered breathing states closely mirrored the brainwave patterns associated with subconscious access. This insight led me to formal hypnotherapy training at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, where I completed over 720 hours of supervised clinical work and graduated with honors as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I’ve continued advanced study through the American Hypnosis Association, including certifications in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (Levels 2), Emotional Replacement Therapy (ERT), and Rapid Transformational Therapy RTT®.
Today, my work blends structured hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness-based awareness into a grounded, practical approach. I don’t believe in fixing people - I believe in helping them access the internal conditions as a team, where clarity, capacity, and change naturally return.
The Work Today
Every session is private, personalized, and paced according to the individual. The goal isn’t constant calm or emotional intensity - it’s usable clarity, steadiness under pressure, and a reduction in the internal friction that makes life and work feel heavier than they need to be.
This work is especially resonant for people who have spent years navigating complexity, responsibility, and uncertainty - and are ready for a different internal experience moving forward. If that resonates, you’re likely in the right place.
