This isn’t typical hypnotherapy. Each session begins with a safe, open dialogue to understand what you’re dealing with, and where you’d like to be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. From here, we create clarity around your goals and establish practical steps to move forward. As trust and comfort grow, you’ll naturally release worry and settle into a relaxed, open perspective. This shift itself brings important insights that amplify the results of your session. Once communication is open and relaxed, we transition into the hypnotherapy process. You’ll experience a calm, focused state of deep relaxation, much like guided meditation but with active participation. In this state, often linked with theta brainwaves, we can identify and release limiting beliefs while supporting positive ones.Together, we’ll access the creative imagination that makes lasting change possible. Whether your goals relate to habit control, sleep, health, relationships, business, spirituality, or even past-life exploration, we will guide you to the insights and healing you need. Session Details In-Person (Laguna Niguel, CA): Initial sessions typically last up to 3 hours. Online (Zoom/Virtual): Initial sessions last 2–3 hours, adapted to your setup. With a quiet space and stable connection, online sessions can be just as powerful and immersive as in person. Follow-Up Sessions (Online or In-Person): 90-minute sessions designed to refine, deepen, and reinforce breakthroughs from your initial session. All sessions are completely confidential. You will also receive a custom hypnotherapy recording to reinforce your progress over the following weeks. Consultations & Access Free 15-minute consultations are available to discuss questions, goals, and availability. Discounts and pro-bono sessions may be considered upon request.
